Or move it to a new binder

Press Tab to get into the binder, then:

← ↑ ↓ →: Move from pocket to pocket (past the left or right edge turns the page)
PgUp PgDn: Turn the page back / forward
Enter: Open the card in the MTG Card Finder (or add a card to an empty pocket)
Space: Pick up the card. Then the arrows choose a pocket, Space drops it, Esc cancels
+ −: One more / one fewer copy
Delete: Remove the card (it asks first)
M: Move the card to another binder
?: Show this list
